All non-live transactions may be listed directly on HamptonBid.com for online auction sales. Real Estate may be listed directly or on line in conjunction with a realtor, in exclusive or open listings. HamptonBid.com reduces it's fee to accomodate realtor submissions & encourages joint marketing..
HamptonBid.com charges a five percent auction fee for all transactions facilitated on HamptonBid.com. Realtors may submit listings free of charge. All fees are reduced by the equivalent of the realtors commissionup to 4.5%.
